Personal  Training

One to one personal training sessions are something that I love doing. Physically being there to help push, motivate and get the best from you is something I truly enjoy. What you gain from having p.t sessions can vary depending on the individual. 

  • Working on technique is very important to help produce maximum performance in the safest possible way.  

  • Being there to motivate and push you to reach your maximum performance 

  • Display an understanding of body mechanics and be able to demonstrate this during a workout.

  • Available to offer in person knowledge and experience 

  • The social element.. It's great to meet new people and form long lasting relationships
